Classes cannot be shared between clients.
First-timers must arrive 15 minutes before class to take part in the induction.
Pre-purchased packages must be utilized within 3 months from purchase date.
Fees are non-refundable (only medical exceptions).
The burnbox gloves are available for sale/rent at the studio.

Registration :
To join the burnbox classes - client must fill in a registration form. Registration form is available in our linktree in our bio or on our website.

Bookings:
Class and bookings - client must book a class through the application, Whatsapp, or calling the studio to reserve a spot according the the
Studio class schedule.

Attendance:
Attending classes - you must book your class prior to attending Through the app, by whatsapp or calling the studio. You must be physically present at the studio minimum of 10 minutes Prior to the schedule class start time.

If you are not able to arrive 5 minutes before your class start time, You must inform the studio by phone so that we hold your reserved Spot.

For safety and courtesy to other members, you will not be allowed Entry into class if you arrive 5 minutes after your schedules class Start time. No exceptions.

Waitlist - if you are late to class that you have reserved and have Not notified us in advance, you may lose your spot to waitlisted Member. Open spots will be given to members on the waiting list at the Schedules start time of the class.

Waiting list:
If the class you wish to attend is sold out, you may ask the reception To waitlist you, and you will be notified if a spot is available.

Cancellations:
Cancellations and no-shows - client must cancel 3 hours in advance or The class will be deducted. You can cancel by whatsapp or calling the Studio.

Payments:

We accept payments online, benefit pay or any valid debit or credit Cards. Kindly note that all rates are subjected to vat (value added Tax) government tax.

Refund policy:
All the burnbox single classes, class packages, monthly, membership, Kids / teens and special programs, pt fees are non-refundable.
